Ceremonial Project Kick-Off Transport and Dispatch Management Solution PT PPG and Locus

We have been exploring this project for four (4) years, so today feels like a dream come true. We believe the journey will result in great benefits ranging from delivering operational excellence to meeting customers expectations. The project is lead by Dede Zulkarnaen, Distribution Regional Operation and Operational Excellence Senior Manager PT PPG and supported by Aripin, IT Business Analyst PT SGH Tbk, with close assistance from our consultant, Locus.

The Jakarta 3 branch will be the pilot project. The training, testing and validation will take place in June. We will go live in the first week of July and have until August to finish the deployment. Lastly, we will plan for the national scale roll-out.
